Just make another email at....yahoo, hotmail, etc and email them in to someone. (Whoever you put in charge of this project) and said person can post them.
Its a hastle for people to make junk email addys, I guess, but that would help in the "anon" dept.....maybe

I guess I was thinking more about the idea of everyone making a post card than everyone sharing secrets. We could have a totally different theme, like everyone has to make a postcard dealing with some element of their childhood or maybe an opinion that is important to that person.
