My LB picked up two bags of candy. I gave 4 pieces to two eight year old girls. No one else knocked. :(

We did take a short walk to see this one house. They had 596 carved pumpkins. It was immense! We walked through their front yard, side yard and back yard to see pumpkins sitting atop strings of chirstmas lights all yellow, white and orange. They were stuck on a wooden spike fence, atop tables, stuck onto vertical boards, bookshelves, you name it.

They even had a board with the stats on it, thats how I know the exact number of pumpkins they had, 596. Every pumpkin was carved. It was impressive! I wish we had taken our camera but it was really dark by then. Perhaps they will have the lights on tonight, and I will snap a few on my way home.

Edit: 596 pumpkins is a lot of cash. I bought pumpkins this year, but didn't carve. I was too tired to do it. Here is mine from last year, though:

We bought like a 20+ lbs pumpking but they only charged us for up to 10 because their scale couldn't go higher =D It was at Fred Myers. I'll get a pic of that, mike did his own thing and just did a face but this pumpking was fucking HUGE!
