...is viciously hung over today?
Merf. Was worth it though :D. Got to see Rufus Wainwright live at the 9:30 club. Met interesting people, smoked cloves, listened to wonderful music (the opening act, Okay Go, was also quite enjoyable; very enthusiastic musicians) and just got blown away by Rufus and the rest. Bought a tee shirt. Have a bruise across my ribs from leaning over the bar. Got stranded in DC (the metro closes? what?) and took a cab back to college park...was only 20 bucks but we had to wait an hour. We missed the last train home by like 15 minutes, but it was worth it for the encore, which included a new song, an absolutely hauntingly beautiful rendition of Hallelujah (by Leonard Cohen), and Beautiful Child.
So how was everyone else's halloween? :D

I used to live out in the boonies with more animals than humans.. we got no trick or treaters at all there either. I thought that pretty nice :X

I got wicked wasted last night, came home at 3am and did my laundry. Or atleast according to my very pissed off fiance thats what I did. Apparently being quite and drunk do not go hand in hand. I woke up this morning, and the first words out of my mouth were "Ow, my hangover".

HaHa yea the Metro in DC closes...got stuck once. Is a good memory though cuz it was with a really good friend that died last year...we said fuck it and smoked a joint by the 24 hour music store and eventually got a cab which tried to take us all over DC to rack up the bill when it was only a 10 min car ride. /sigh good old days in DC

I was up till 3 playing cards last night and had 4-5 drinks over 6 hours. I feel like ass today. For those of you who dont get hangovers its because you dont drink enough :). Add a couple of shots or a few more the next time you drink and tell me you dont feel like shiot the next day.

LOL Sergon...trust me...not drinking 'enough' has never been a problem for me.
