Dungeons and Dragons Online

Finally! Oh how long I have waited for this game to come out.

Some highlights:
*True* Multiclassing: Want to play a cleric/rogue? Go for it! Got a cooky wizard/barbarian concept? Make it happen

A game built as closely as possible on the Pen and Paper version of the game, the most sucessful pen and paper roleplaying franchise to date.

Designs to make it 'as true as possible' to the pen and paper predecessor in both style and feel.

An entirely quest-based leveling system. You don't get xp for killing monsters, you get experience for completing quests! What does this mean? No more mindless grinding! Alternative solutions to encounters then 'Well, lets med up and try it again, with MORE DPS!'

Small Server Sizes - 1000 concurrent players. This equates to a more tight-knit community.

All quests are in instances - perhaps one of the most contriversial decisions this allows for small groups (like a typical D&D game) and unique ways to run through encounters, plus scripted events.

Most interactive combat system to date - climbing, jumping, swimming and position and movement all have an effect in the total outcome. To further make the game about player -skill, limited resources (hp and mana) with 'rest shrines' to restore it.

Ummmm.....That is all I can think of right now.

/agree rikr.

Basically Where this beats guild wars is in implementation, setting, style, flavor, balance, and execution.

So...pretty much everything.
