I've watched uh, the first two movies. I assume I'm not alone, so baring any plot spoilers (I K NOW THE BIG ONE OK) lets just keep it to general Hogwartz universe (if there is such a thing).
My main question is this: Is the Hogwartz mansion in like the English country side? Or is it like in its own dimension? I never figured that out.

The Hogwarts Castle's location is never revealed in the books, though I think there are hints that it is somewhere in Scotland.
The point of graduating is pretty much the same as graduating in the muggle world; to continue education or move on and get a good job.
There are three magic schools that the books discuss; Hogwarts, Durmstrang, and Beauxbatons.

Yeah I believe they've actually mentioned somewhere that its in Scotland. It is unplottable which means that it has been magicked not to show up on a map and I believe they mention other magic to keep Muggles from seeing it, instead a muggle sees ruins of a castle if I remember correctly.

Yeah, you do. If you want to transfer and now be a student of hogwarts that's fine but you must be a student of the school and in one of the four houses.
