You're taking into account things that shouldn't be considered, that aren't revelant. You picked Simon because why? I was the only one to rp a reaction and I share the same favorite subject as about a dozen others? It's weak.

There are no clues AT ALL that point to Simon. I don't mind dying but geez, use better clues. =/

Well, I'm looking at this outburst. I think if Simon were mafia, he could get someone to come and defend him, or deflect blame elsewhere. (I am not acting in this role because he's already gotten incredibly paranoid, he would be too hot for a real fellow mafioso to touch.) But then, it's all in how you think something is going to play out, whether you are able to act like an innocent person or really are an innocent person. I don't know.

The wand waving, while considered not too important, keeps nagging at me. I look at what a first year MIGHT do and being excited about wands and such would certainly have someone waving it a bit much. I would think someone with a little more practice wouldnt be as excited... but having said that, it's not really a clue. =/

This isn't really an alibi since the SK is being posessed by Voldy and can do just about anything.

Weird, on this thread everyone seems to be talking about Simon but over on the vote thread they're hanging LeRoy.

Because the argument against Simon isn't a very good one. The one against Leroy is much better... I'm not saying there are any REALLY good arguments at this point, but the ones against Simon were -really- bad.

The first lynch suck bigtime. :( It's easier to be confident about who you lynch the more time passes in the game.

One thing we can't do is let it be a tie. Then 2 people will die - and on the first day the odds are a townie dies. If we accidently tie and lynch two it could take out 2 of us day 1 and be bad :(

Like the violet / violent sneeze. Just a little letter, but it changes the meaning a bit. :)

One of the hints that isn't being mentioned is in the vision, it mentions High, Cold Laughter. That could be useful later, but isn't at this point.

The transfiguration of animals doesn't appear until year three...so that means some of the Mafia are early students, but also doesn't really limit much. It could also simply indicate a lack of transfiguration aptitude on the part of others...but the annoyance at the ferret comment indicates a bit of ego in the transfiguration department. So some skilled, some not. Not much help there.

For the serial killer, things seem a bit more clear. Either the satisfaction over the wand, or the newness.

The next is either a hint at a rat familiar or, more likely to Pettigrew. So no help there.

I think that the sneering and leering are mainly good descriptors to indicate evil rather than actual hints.

Leroy is in an unfortunate position, since he's the only first year and the wand hint points to either him or Blake as a wand enthusiast. The transfiguration doesn't figure in, so really the best clues people are focusing on point to them. The high laughter would point more to the younger of the two. It is still early, though, and we could be looking at the wrong things. Any other evening posters have any ideas?

It could very well be that Blake and Leroy are mafia. =x And it's all good, Vudu. Vote how you feel and if you think I did it, hopefully I have put up a compelling argument to look at someone else who has more clues against them.

Besides, Simon is too cute to be bad =D

So we have a mention of sneezing and then later dusty ceilings and cobwebs. I don't remember any mention of allergies or anything to connect that with though. I do remember someone was really organized but not who. Time to dig!
