In an effort to keep things orderly...

Well we've managed to get through day one and hopefully the new folks are getting a feel for how this works. The routine from here on out will be basicially the same; in the morning we'll post a mafia hit followed by a serial kill. Both threads will be clearly labled as such. Then an /ooc discussion thread will be posted where you can discuss clues from both scenes, and a voting thread where you can vote for the person you want to die.

We will announce any changes to this routine as loudly as humanly possible.

By the way, when I say 'we' I am referering to Mai and myself. We are the mods for this game. You can tell we're mods because we have pimp sigs that say "Mafia Mods" and flash and stuff, it's pretty cool. Just wanted to clear that up because it seemed to be a point of confusion.

So, what do the mods do, you ask? Well, we write the deaths, inserting little clues here and there. We also take all the SKIDs (Save Kill IDentify, that phrase was coined by the dashing Nathan Novak if you care about Mafia history). We answer questions. We try to keep things going smoothly.

While we're talking about SKIDS, let me just reiterate that SKIDS are to be sent to both Mai and I. They are to be PMed because quite frankly I smoke a lot of crack and will forget otherwise.

Ah yes, you are in good hands *nods*.

Now if I can remember what else I wanted to mention....oh yes, chatter. /ooc is always an excellent place for that. The voting thread...not so much. You're welcome to act out your characters in the death scene threads and/or start your own threads.

Ah, it's all coming back to me now. Clues! We take clues from the character thread. We don't want players to feel unsafe in roleplaying for fear of getting 'clued' so we generally do not draw clues from those posts.

Oh, and one more thing...read the scenario if you haven't yet, if for no other reason than because it's sort of neat :).
