Wow. If what the kid claims is true, the teacher should definitely face some disciplinary action (hopefully in a humiliatingly public way). As to him saying all he did was make him sit on the floor and it was all in fun...yeah, I had some teachers in high school that would do stupid stuff to be funny, but not in college. The kid is paying for an education, he shouldnt have to go through that kind of bs because the teacher thinks he is being funny. I'm sure he will be able to retake the test.

And no, that moron is not indicative of the typical person in PA. Well, maybe if it was a Philly school...those people out there are morons. Who else would boo Santa Claus and the Pope (twice!). Philly folks don't play. But Pittsburgh is a pretty friendly city.

I know I did kinda sound like I justified it, I think its funny if the person you are doing it to finds it funny as well. Obviously, this kid didn't. I remember my 7th grade history teacher would pick on this one kid, and the kid didn't like it. He would pass out tests and everyone would get white papers but Matt's would be all pink. Finally after doing that a few times, he passed out the tests and Matt was all happy with himself cause his test was white like the rest of us...until he got to page three and it was pink! The boy stuurghed big time and ran out of the room. While I found it hysterical at the time as a punk 7th grader, that really wasn't cool at all. The teacher was lucky that the boy didn't do a Full Metal Jacket imitation (good thing that movie wasnt made yet, lol).
The teacher didn't just pick on him, though. He picked on all of us. It was just that the stuff he did to this kid actually upset the kid, where as we would just fire back at the teacher.

And yeah, Iverson is gansta for rizeal! Its funny how your mentality changes when you roll down the schullkill into Philly. You can feel it in the air.
