Calling you old timers
My girlfriend is being promoted to a directors level which is amazing for her. But this means She will have to move about 3 hours from me for a year. Im not looking forward to that but we will work it out. This means I will have 4 nights a week to kill time again. I would like to start playing either WoW or go back to EQ. (Yes Im kicking myself for selling serg)
I really dont want to invest alot of cash in to a character but I also dont want to start as a noob again.
What I am asking. Does anyone have a character in either game they would let me play on a regular basis? Preferrably a ranger/hunter type. I really dont enjoy playing other classes. If anyone see's terasers around tell him im thining of coming back I know he has a twinked ranger. Anywho any help would be great. She will be moving in a couple of weeks so Ill start playing M-thurs at night.

If you want EQ, i have a 65-70 ranger(im not sure what level) with ikkinz/time gear, hes got some few empty spaces due to being stripped by nodrop xfer, but nobody plays him anymore anyhoo, send me a pm if it suonds like something u want, u'd have to activate the account tho

I have a lvl 60 Shaman in WoW on the proudmoore server you can have if you want to start playing him. You dont have to buy him...I am will just give him to you. I really just quit this month and he is still in a hardcore raiding guild called Mythical if you are looking for that. He has decent gear and is a Legionaire in pvp which you could continue to raise. If nothing else you can use him to twink out some other character if you decide to create a new one.
I also have a lvl 50 Defiler in EQ2 you could have .....but I am not sure you want to play that.

Cool man. I have started playing another ranger some folks dug up for me on BB. Im just fooling around for the most part until she moves which will be a few weeks. Im going to give EQ a go and if I lose interest I will go to WoW. Why are you quitting ???

Really the main reason I am leaving WoW is because I need to upgrade my computer and I dont see it happening any time soon. Every time there is a patch it takes me atleast 4 days to get WoW working again. My lag gets pretty bad when raiding and frequently crashes to the desktop so its frustrating. When the server is full and you get booted, some times you get put in a que and takes 30 min to log on. Blizzard really does put out a quality product but the patching/installation of WoW is one of the worst I have ever seen.
WoW is probably 3rd on my list of all time favorite games........but my computer problems suck the fun out of it for me.

Come back to EQ :) Come play with Mylec, Occy, and Myself. Im sure we could probably dig you up a toon. Hell I have a decent geared chanter you can play.

Trust me J Im a noob as well. I left 2 years ago just after you quit the last time. The char I have is a good starting point. Is just about at the level I was when I quit in gear. Some stuff needs replacing but for the most part Im picking up where I left off.
