Calling all you guys - help please...

I'd probably like flowers though most guys will say no - also he would probably get picked on don't know if he'd care.

The snack basket could be really awesome if the snacks were really good or something I really liked. I'd have to say this one would be the best one as long as the snacks/food/candy were good Don't do generic like "footballs" on it - it would need to be his team or something. If you could get the "team" and the good stuff though the basket would own.

Let me rephrase - I wouldn't give a shit about the flowers themselves, just the thought and the fact that she did it because it would be sweet. I would care about the snacks though and showing off the team pride - on top of the sweet factor. That is why basket.

In all seriousness though. I would love to get a nice basket with chesses fruit and a nice bottle of Red.

Be careful, a lot of companies have policies against any kind of alcohol so I'd avoid it. A basket with snacks he can have around and show off to his co workers would be good. Food is *always* a hit at work. (Says the purchasing agent who gets it a lot Food I mean! ) If your guy is a big sports fan then yes anything with his team on it will be a majorly super thing. I would really avoid flowers because if you're going to spend that kind of money you can get him something he will enjoy a lot more, unless you want him to bring them home so you have them around to enjoy and the main focus is just letting everyone he works with know he's taken.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I think I'm going to put together a basket myself, with all the stuff he likes. I still like the idea of sending him flowers, but you're right, cost wise a basket would be much better, and probably more enjoyable overall.

Personally I would appreciate flowers the most, but thats one mans opinion =)

But I just got back from the PO and already sent it...found a few neat football things for his two teams...favorite snacks...soft drink...threw in a bunch of those little hearts that match the cello grass, so they'll fall all over when he takes the stuff out, and put a big floppy pink bunny on top before wrapping it up (it has meaning...just hope he sees the humor in that part )
