Happy Aniversary ...

The last time I ate there was several months back, and was a regular prior to my departure. Mind you, it was the only restaurant in town of any caliber during it's inception.
Just this last weekend I returned, and was still disappointed, as it's downward spiral, is nearing it's journey to the bottom.
The wait staff,a disfunctional cabal of career slackers seem to have this group attitude, that the joke's on the customer.
The bartender with her boy haircut and judgmental posture, pours drinks so light, I might as well have gone to a local winery for a tasting, and recieved a healthier glass.
The lukewarm seafood based pasta had the texture of being left in one of our Northwest rainstorms too long as the "sauce" had all the flavor and consistancy of dishwater. Alas the half dozen shrimp tasted freezer burnt, and the scuffing of silica flakes passed off as Gorganzola might as well been the chefs dandruff.
I could go on about the lack of ambience, with lighting akin to being on a stage show, I'd recommend bringing a visor if you are unfortunate enough to be placed at a table under one of the many spotlights. Earplugs may be necessary as well for the clanking of dirty dishware at the wait station was a reminder of the lack of sanitary standards in plain view. Dirty dish in one hand , while serving dessert with the other...arrgghhh!
While my wallet may recover from the overpriced menu, my digestive system may take a bit longer
