Last year we were thinking of selling the house so I wanted to take some pictures while the flowers were in bloom.
While revisting the photos I noticed. Wow the trim really needs to be painted.
So I said to my wife ... boy do you think I should photo shop it and color in the trim??

Wow that's a really pretty front porch. I wouldn't have noticed the trim if you hadn't mention it (or if i was looking to buy :teehee )

I am trying to do is use it on a remodel website. I want to add a front porch across the side under the front window. Then I want to put an oriental type trellis across the top to provide shade thru the window and have plants/flowers growing up the side to provide even more shade.
I want to remove the pavement and put in pavers and instead of such a sharp geometric shape I want to put it as a mild curve around to the driveway.

My parents used a company called 'curb effects' down on whidbey island, maso. I'll have to upload some pictures, but basically it's like a little round curb around your walkways. Really nice and creates a nice little 'effect' accenting the path. Wasn't too pricey.

you ever see that cement that is aggregated? There is a way to make round curb around the parameter of your yard (so lawnmower wheel can ride on it) and it will be aggregated as well.
