Games
Whats everyone playing at the moment? Kinda curious myself. I just canceled my CoH account because I lost interest, its a fun game, but just didn't hold me. I just don't have time for post 60 WoW.
So a few questions, since I own EQ2, did it ever get any better? I quit after like 4 months after the old Triad people all quit. I heard they did a combat revamp, but haven't come back to see it.
I am currently messing around with Oblivion, but my old computer just can't hold the graphics, so I might hold off getting into that game until I build my Conroe machine with SLI.
Any suggestions for the casual gamer? I got about and hour or two a night to play, 3-4 days a week. I still like MMO's, and the last single player game that really grabbed me was DOOM3.
And yes, I am waiting for Vanguard. That looks cool
Just waiting for the Veb to come home so I can play with him instead. O_o

EQ2 has all the sudden turned into EQ1 in alot of aspects ive been told (For the better or for the worse) either way you look at it.
Seems as if they have realized what a mistake EQ2 was and have been spending more time on EQ1 and just implementing the EQ1 ideas into EQ2 and vice versa (From a graphic standpoint in EQ1 which has gotten a bit better sorta) They continue to put the ideas of one of these two games into the other. Seems like they wanna phase EQ2 out and just continue building on EQ1 which already has 2 planned expansions inc soon. Alot of the Devs from the EQ2 team have came over and have been helping work (rework) EQ1 and its system and adding new things...Thats the reason I believe they maybe fixing to phase out EQ2.

You are waiting on a game that is, supposedly, going to have more timesinks than the original EQ?

And have (admittedly unofficial) system requirements based on machines that won't be out til next summer?
Nah.
You do know that the same people who run EQ atm are gonna be a huge part of Vanguard also right?
There arent really any good games coming out in the future and people are running out of ideas.....I think what you see out now is about as good as it gets from an online RPG aspect (WoW/EQ2/EQ1 etc etc etc) among a handful of other games.
I miss you, my dearest lover Kelefane!
Hey man! You been playing as Nudia huh? I never knew that was you heh until I put 2 and 2 together and saw your sig here just now lol =P
How is CoL treating you btw?
If your not happy -- I could pull some strings and get you into the Arr Oh Vee!
I enjoyed CoV and DDO but neither held his attention or interest. The kid plays my DDO account now. :(

Do not attempt to use logic on me sir! That is rude and will not work.
