Marshall rebuilt to become the winningest college football team in the 90s dominating Div II before moving up to div I in the late 90s under Chad Pennington and Randy Moss (do we have to claim Moss though?).
And WVU opened em a new one this past weekend :D

Chad Pennington didn't act like one of the biggest assholes since TO and run people over on top of it. He's a great QB with a subpar team, and I'm afraid this last injury may be it for him.
At least Randy Moss has been quiet lately.
