Yea, I accidentally turned it on when the earlier episode was on...Chef lusting after young boys...but I didn't think anything about it really, since it only reinforced my original thoughts about the cartoon.

That was done specifically to lash back at the voice actor behind Chef IMO. Since he quit like he did over Scientology they made up something to parallel it and get back at him. I found the episodes hillarious..! You don;t take the topics seriously.. it's just fun. Like when they did one about NAMBLA.. the North American Man Boy Love something... it was funny. I don't stop to weigh the social issue of it, just enjoy the humor!

I thought that wasn't the reason why he quit. Besides he's back on the show now, right? We dvr'd it, Mike's going home at lunch to watch it. It was the first thing he asked me to record on the dvr - this was monumental.

I believe it is the reason he left Roz. He is a scientologist too, and he got pissed and didn't want to do the show anymore. The creators of SP said he had no problem ripping on Christianity and other religions so he shouldn't have a problem when they did that episode. I don't think he's on anymore, and if they do another chef episode, they will probably chop up past dialogue from the previous shows....I believe is what they said in an interview.

I don't weigh social issues when I watch or listen to 'comedy', but I just don't find this stuff funny.

I can't believe he thought making fun of Mel was wrong, but he was still there after they did the episode of Christopher Reeve sucking the juice out of phetus'. That is the most offensive thing ever put on television. Ever.

No I'd have to say its a close tie between 21 Jump Street and the US version of Couplings, Was. =x

Was a repeat last night, so I caught it finally. Heh. Funny when Cartman told evil dude he was about to be poont (pwnt). That made me laugh...well among other things.

Yes hes a scientologist and was very angry they aired that episode. In my top 3 all time best.

It was very odd. Funny...but odd.

No one in WoW will stfu about this episode. They just keep quoting it in /yell and general chat over and over and over again :(
