Mike has it - I was a little shocked watching it myself. Within the first 20 seconds there's about 4 F words and a dozen people dead lol. Really really violent.

I have it and played it for a bit, but like most games in that genre I quickly lose interest if offered up alternatives. That being said, it is better graphically and just pure gaming wise than the GTA series, heresy I know. I wound up playing Dead Rising quite a bit since I got both around the same time and haven't yet returned to Saints Row.
