Your sig looks good *nodnod*
my only cc might be the glow on the surname and guild name, its pretty strong and makes it look kinda blurry
( better? )

ACK - what happened =( I posted a reply and everything but it didn't take I guess. =/
First, it does look like it got distorted in the resize. What I do in photoshop is select the entire piece and then transform (i think it is) and scale - then do it by percentages so it's proportionate.
Fonts - go to www.dafonts.com and download some new fonts. Evanescence is so over used and there are a ton more choices out there to toss it up some. Maybe it's because I've been doing the mmo sig thing since 2003 and have seen a lot of sigs, but that font - along with scriptina is extremely over used.
In addition to the fonts - the text effects are pretty basic and makes it hard to read with the outer glow (blending options). Try Photoshop Text Effects This gives you a variety of effects to try and the tutorials are pretty easy. Even something as simple as this can really give it a subtle but effective pop.
Borders - your sig is on the large size, but I'm guilty of doing that too hehe. Still, even a stroked border, about 5 pixels in can give your sig a more completed look.
Something you should always consider is the balance between the text and the main focus of the sig. Maybe if you cropped the bottom a little more and instead of centered them, put them off to the side, you can balance out your sig and not have negative space. Right now the guild name at one corner doesn't look right considering how big the text is in the other corner. Even if you want them centered, cut about an inch off the bottom, do a 5 pixel thick border and then put the text down on the bottom, on the line. Something like that won't detract from the main focus and remember what that focus is - the people or the text?
Clothes - bust out your dodge, do a small airbrush and highlight the design on your girl's chest. Give their outfits some highlights, maybe use the natural brush (spotted dots) and brush in some highlights in her hair. On that note, your Male's white hair is really bright - maybe take a very light grey and brush in shadows for him.
Overall, your recent pics have had really great control of lighting; this one seems dark in comparison. You really can't see the background or the details of their outfits to give it that extra umph. It's good to see you posting more though, Shi! Hope my c/c helps a little =)
