I would like to start doing more of the paintbrush effects for spell effects and backgrounds but I cant stand photoshop.. psp spoiled me.. and im too lazy to make brushes in photoshop to use in psp ><

I think I like her too. The deep colors are the yummy!! You did an excellent job popping the dress out too, usually you see such flat textures with that dress - so annoying but your render is exceptional!

I agree, one of the things about MFD that i dont like is that you get the single layer, painted on look that they tend to have. There are still somethings about this that bother me, like the bows on the sleeves, but its not worth worrying about hehe.

I like her pose and the colours. I think its a little too dark, maybe its my monitor but i cant see the details very well. :(

Very lovely. I agree with the comments above about the dress, it looks great. I personally like the darkness, it makes it very moody. At least, I think it looks just right on my screen.

Im not sure if my screen is brighter than most, its possible, I know things I make at home can look much darker on my mother's computer no matter how much i fiddle with her settings.

I agree. It looks nice as a darker piece, and the dress is simply wonderful. The look on her face is to die for. :D

i have that same prob lessa. looks great on my laptop, but on my work puter too dark. after that it's a crap shoot whether anyone else can see it. drives me nuts!!!

Yeah annoys me to hell..... mike has a crt monitor which makes things look darker... but my tft at home makes everything lighter.....
CRT's are actually better though to do graphics on.... especially to get colours correct when going to print. That's what ive found anyway.
