Dare to touch......

Wow the detailing on her face is really awesome - however you can see where you painted in bits of her hair - the browns aren't matching. You have really dark brown and then a highlights light brown and where it starts is pretty abrupt. Like her bangs near her forehead - there isn't enough texturing to match where it should start from her part. Then down at about 7 o'clock position, the hair coming from the side is too bright, not enough shading and texturing.

Her face details are really very impressive - the detailing with her eye is superb. :thumbsup

Nothing to add since Roz nailed it, but I love LOVE those eyes! It's always the first thing I'm drawn to and you did an amazing job making them look life like.

Excellent composition. It's a little symphony of elements dancing around and telling a story. Even if you change the details of the hair, I wouldn't touch the movement.

:) Thanks guys, and yes i agree about the hair! Remember it was a challenge i only had four hours lol.... If i had longer i think i'd have tried painting in highlights.

I'm going to try and do a lighter version of this image, in blonde with blues, so they're a pair... So maybe i can get the hair right this time? Wish me luck! :)

Any tips of getting this right would be ace!! Cheers guys, its lovely to get some honest opinions
