desktop pictures !

showing off my new computer i bought me for my bday
its got:
Core2Duo 3.0 ghz with a 1333 fsb
8 gigs of ram
asus P5E motherboard
Coolermaster CMStacker Case
and currently 9 120mm fans in it to keep it cool, but may be expecting more
Silent Knight 2 CPU fan
3x Samsung Syncmaster 940b monitors
Ergotron stand ( lets me hold three on one stand)
two Radeon Crossfire video cards
cable tv card
1000 watt coolermaster power supply unit
Seagate SATA / 300 750gig - 500 gig backup for 1.5 T of hd space. :)

Thats it for now i think, the monitors are handmedowns from the old one, but im pretty happy with it so far.. still DLing drivers and such.. cant wait to put it to use!!!

Thanks guys :) I bought it all myself, and am very proud of it, i never spend money on myself and i spent about three times what I had originally planned to ><

my sugar daddy did all the assembly though or it would all still be in its boxes hehe.

you have to have the monitors all the same size I think.. or at least the two outer monitors, cause it would tip over if it werent balanced right hehe.

They have a ton of different kinds though, some hold four even.

I think mine actually came from ebay, it had 3 dell 17 in monitors on it when he gave me the computer, but we upgraded a while later to the samsungs

OMG Lessa that is some system. The monitor array is awesome. I am almost embarrassed to show my desk. I need to start by saying that my home office was the previous owners nursery. I really need to re-do the room as we have been here for 6 years. My desk is too small and cluttered. I have a table to the side that holds my "work" stuff for my paying job (I LOVE working at home).

why do you have 80 something files on your desktop!? id never find anything.. hehe
and at least you have a laptop.. id love to have one of them :)

I think that wallpaper outdoes any in my new house. you win! :teehee

Most of the files on the desktop are zipped files of stuff for Poser. I just haven't gotten around to unzipping and installing them LOL. Once I have them installed I will back them up to my external hard drive.

The wall paper does have to go! Initially, I kept it there in the hopes that I would need to convert the home office into a nursery, but I have given up on that dream. Years of infertility treatments have worn me down and now it is time to move on.

Ok well,.. I'm jealous !!

It is nice how you have personalized your workspace. The cubicle lay out of your office looks a lot like my office back when I worked in the office.

Thanks! I spend way too much time there to not decorate. So many of the people I work with have added nothing to their workspace :( Granted, I do have more space than most, but still...no matter where I work you can always tell where I sit...I just have to make it homey lol.

Woot! No room!

Got a new desktop finally and after i ordered the pieces and they arrived realized that i totally forget to get a dvd-rom so of course had to hit best buy up and while there decided to buy new keyboards / mice for two of my machines. New 22inch LCD monitor is so nice compared to the old 17 inch laptop next to it.

Cant really make it out by the keyboard on the left a G15 glows orange and the one on the right the new Saitek can glow either blue red or purple.

New death adder mouse from razer for the new pc and the Diamondback for the laptop.



And the old desktop that is replaced now to being the torrent holder.
