I'm counting down the days until I can go see it. We have to wait until the end of July when our youngest is at Camp Nana and Grampy.

I told Erik he is taking me to see it the weekend it comes out. CeCe and Kami will love it. It's gonna be so awesome!!

It was good. Effects decent notch, score pretty good - better than 2 and 4, I think - frustrating that some of the characters were so shortchanged screentime but they all did a good job with what they were given.

He was disappointed about the lack of Quidditch but was completely surprised how fast it moved, considering the book was so long.

Yeeah ya know WTF is up with that .. there is a fair bit in the book,"weasley is our king...." umm that is in Ootp or am I getting confused with HBP ?! .. all that info would be like half the movie right there tho =/

My biggest complaint was the fact they made Cho look like the bad guy , when it was her friend how in fact was. I mean they couldnt spare the whole 2 min of the spotlight on her, its not like she was new and hadn't been in the movies before. but whatever.
I did like the drape effect on the .. damn i forget what its called.. that Sirius trips in falls into in the book. Lestrange AKs him , crushing all my hopes that he would somehow be back in the last book :( but the effects where nice on the fight scenes. The book was huge and packed with so much details and background that its pretty damn hard to get it all into a movie without it being FOREVER long.. However, they did well squeezing most of the stuff in. It was well done IMHO. I guess I was a tad disappointed but not in the movie itself per say , just that some characters where not even in the movie and the ones that where where not properly presented, to me anyways. I am overly anal about some things tho this being one of them lol

(okay a bit off topic, but i just figured out adiene's AV - can we say *clueless at times*!!! LOL)

we're planning on waiting for the crowds to die down to somewhat manageable proportions - and it doesn't help that the Sis planned stuff for both this weekend and next - so we're looking at end of the month more than likely. dammitall. i wanna see this!!!!!

Was totally wicked.

I saw it this morning. I think I need to go read the book to understand all of it.. but then ive missed all the books between this and sorcerors stone..

I forced Erik to take me even tho he's on crutches =P It was good, nice effects, I just wish that movies were longer so much of the details were left out.

You have four and a half days to catch up, considering the 7th and last book is coming out on Saturday.

haha im not gonna worry about it, nice thing about books is the graphics dont go out of date and the colors are always bright.. i can read them anytime, im not one of those hard core obsessed fans or anything *eyes Adi* :p

I love the movie I can't wait to go back and see it again!!

Anyone that knows me knows I am a movieaholic, the more I watch the more I get depressed tho. Specially with movies that I love ... :( What was once a childhood dream is now faded memories of a jaded past. I don't have the self confidence I once had and it really makes me sad because acting was one of my favorite things. I did drama, theater , plays not only for school but for state and military entertainment. They have try outs this weekend and I'm torn on what to do /cry I want to be like GARY!!! *rips open shirt to expose the freshly applied lipstick across her chest that says " I <3 GARY!" ... lol

hehe Hes a great actor I give him loads of respect for that :) I'd die for the chance to work with him for sure but I'm soo all about Johnny and Gary .. so yeah Hes yours! lol

I just started reading the books. I'm about half way thru Goblet of Fire. I have 7 on order, so I can read it when it gets here. I'm in love with the books compaired to the movies.

I will have to wait to see this til DVD. Hubby isn't a huge fan, so no movie theatre trip. hehe
