Great game everyone, was gret fun reading all the blame-pointing OOC and backhanded deflections planned in the mafia board.
And MEC, you sod!! hehe Was that down to my highly dodgy PM in the abandoned game or did you get me randomly?

I had a gut feeling that you were mafia, the PM just got me really confused, maybe that helped a bit.

The 410 thing was half coincidence, half clue. I looked up the call numbers first - when I saw they made 410 I went hunting for any special significance in the bios. Lo and behold, it was MEC's height. I honestly thought it was so coincidental, though, that everyone would blow it off.

Well played, folks...my experiment in quiet playing is complete, and I can safely say that I prefer to be noisy. Sounds like most everyone had a good time, and that's the important thing. Nice to see a good mix of new and older faces.

i am amused you guys thought I was the sheriff and Lemy you didn't get away with anything. I also knew by the clues who killed me. The Calculus was a dead give away especially since I hate math and no way would I ever have it in my bio. So be glad you killed me quickly. Because I had Lemy and Domo pegged for Mafia. I was kinda quiet because this was my first game and was trying to get the feel of it. I had a blast playing!! But glad I could help deflect some of the heat off our real sheriff, Den.

Everyone played a great game. The mods did an excellent job with the clues as well. *shakes head at being played by Jin* Very well done. Mec you did awsome as well.

Wow, this was an experiance like none other. Even though I croaked early it was still an awesome game. Me and Hvesha would sit for hours trying to figure out the clues. We were played bu the mafia several times, but she lived! And I'd like to think I lived through her! WHOO! It's great having your sis in mafia.
I was wondering though, why did I get whacked so early? I looked through the mafia thread but I didn't find anything. It's more to quench my curiosity, but I would like to know, even if I was just a decoy. Thanks for making my first Mafia experiance one of the best roleplay games I've ever participated in!!!

Just came back from holiday and read through the stuff--lots of surprises!

You'd need Mike's word on it, since she was GF, but I believe it was exactly because you weren't pointing fingers, thus you were an early player to whack without drawing attention to the mafia players.

Hehehe... first for all those who didn't know... Mike is a she its a nickname I've had since I was a kid.
And yup, we hit some one that was semi random and wouldn't draw too much too us. The thought was if we took out one of the folks who was close on our trail right away it might look like we were confirming they were right/a vendetta.

I suggested that we randomly pick a quiet person and kill them. That way, any attempt to discern a motive for the hit would result in misdirection. I guess you just happened to be the unlucky one this time

I just wanted to say that I thought the game was brilliant! 
I had a lot of fun with it. It's great being mega suspiscous/paranoid of your friends, and being so sure that they are guilty!! hehe So very sure that you plot to bring them down. I had some great conversations with Binky throughout the game, both being townies and both being hyper suspicious of each other! hehe The swine even posted my career as evidence against me, when trying to descredit me as Liar!! LOL!! The truth is I _really_ could not find the old SK threads!! Honestly!!
Was a great shame for me when Lemmy got murdered so soon in though. That took away one player who would _definatley_ have tried to fill my head with shit!! hehe (especially as it turns out that he was mafia) The paranoia that this game generates between friends is FANTASTIC!!!! (on that note...... Errrrr sorry for getting you lynched Mashpotato I honestly thought it was you at that point, plus you and Binky were collectively slinging a lot of mud my direction, my best survival stratagy was sling a ton your way, and I really thought you were guillty too, hehe )
So errrrm, thankyou to all the players! It's been great fun.
And a Mega-Huge-Super-Duper-Hyper THANKYOU to the Mods for making it all possible!! YOU GUYS RULE!!
