you can't change your paypal address to a state address?
i had no idea there was this problem. Adi lives overseas w/ the Army,AF,, whatever that thing is - and uses paypal just fine. send her a pm and ask her how she manages!

Yup... I certainly do. Have about 50 bucks worth of stuff in my shopping cart, and go to pay for it so I can get and use Sabiha and a few other delicious items. Get to the payment and paypal isn't set up to be compatible with a freaking APO address! I'm so pissed off it isn't even funny, and Kagi has no clue why I'm glaring at my screen right now whilst he plays WoW.
I. am. so. mad.
Both rant and VAMP related, so I put it here. Atleast I bought Jayna before I went overseas, that makes things a lil easier to swallow.

what if you just run it as a credit card, rather than actually logging into paypal?

its set up to have apo ae. etc addresses its towards the bottom on the state scrool listing. (under WY) :) /pets

Adiene, I will confess undying love to you... as well as Vex because well I just got my fifty bucks worth of merchandise.
Now I will confess to being the dumbest f*cker this side of the atlantic. Where it asked for city, I kept typing my BASE name, and not APO, so it didn't match my bank contact info... gah... I feel so incredibly stupid, I've been fighting with this for days now!
