A word that sums her up perfectly.

Jane Fonda dropped the C-bomb on Meredith!
On the Today show this morning. GO GO JANE! Actually it wasn't used in an inflammatory way - but it's hilarious they didn't catch it in time to bleep it.

She did a peace sign at the beginning of the show and I just snorted.

Thats twice now, in about a months time, that someone has said something bleepable on a morning show, that hasn't been caught. At least not in NY where the shows are live. By the time we get them in CA, they have been bleeped.
The last time was when Diane Sawyer was talking to Diane Keaton, though it was a different word.

Maybe I am just desensitized now, but it doesn't bother me anymore. Especially in the context she used it... I mean, it wasn't like she was being derogatory to someone else. She was using it as a synonym for vagina... if she has said pussy or meatcurtains or box or any other smutty derivative would that be less offensive?? I think we get too hung up on the words these days.

I had it on TV and was half listening. I must be desensitized too because, I didn't even bat an eye when she said it. She was talking about "The Vagina Monologues" They said "vagina" numerous times so I hardly even noticed the "c-bomb"

My sister absolutely hates that word with a passion. I could care less unles it's used as a deragatory.
I didn't watch much TV for a few years, what with school and all. Still don't watch much but it amazes me what is said on Cable these days. Words that would have been edited out of a movie are popping up on primetime.... still trying to figure that one out.

It's not even the words that bother me it's the advertisements. We were watching tv the other day, middle of the day, and a Valtrex commercial comes on and CeCe asked me what herpes was Then last night I was in my room and I hear a Viagra commercial on probably around 6 pm. Like hello I don't want to explain to my 10 year old what herpes or erectile disfunction is!

LOL I'm with you Laschae! Sitting there watching something seemingly harmless on Sci-fi, and up pops a damn lubrication commercial... or even on CMT because my kid likes to watch country videos thanks to my parents *mutter* but even that's not safe with all the various drug commercials and shit they put out. I could care less about cussing, lord knows she hears enough from me on that. But some things I just don't wanna deal with yet. Btw, cunt=can't understand normal thinking. I know a lot of cunts
