Couple of suggestions - I'd bring the name text down just a little bit so it doesn't break the border, brighten up the red text to make it easier to read, and make the quote read "You're in my world now... and it's going to hurt!" (No need for so many quotation marks or capitalizations.)

I had to save it as a png to preserve the color integrity, as a gif, it was horribly dithered. So now it is a bit on the large side. :( Anyway, what do you think?

I agree with Ryala on the word placement / quotes thing. Maybe a hard drop shadow on the red text. Nothing major, Nice piece!
