I know it won't hurt...
My youngest brother was out golfing this morning, and suffered a burst brain aneurysm. He is currently in a coma, on life support, at UCSF. The doctors say they must wait 24-48 hours to see if his body stabilizes before they can attempt surgery to fix anything.
I'm a firm believer that when its someones time to go, nothing will stop that. I hope its not his time to go.
I'm also not sure prayer helps either, but I know it won't hurt. Just in case anyone has any extra time and energy out there, and might want to offer a tiny bit...it would be appreciated by the whole family.

I'm sorry to hear that Den. My mom had the same thing happen to her when I was 7 so I know how scary it is. My thoughts are with you and your family .

I thought I would give a quick update.
Today my brother still wasn't stable enough to have surgery, but he looks much better than he did yesterday, and the two drains on each side of his head are working better, so he is also more stable. Yesterday the doctor was talking about removing part of his skull to alleviate pressure, but today a different doctor said they may be able to fix the bleeds with angioplasty.
All the medical personnel are remaining tentative, so we are still pretty much just waiting.
Sadly, another family in the waiting room at the hospital are there for the same reason, except their son/brother is only 21, and he's been in the hospital in a coma for two weeks so far.

Sorry I haven't updated here...things had a drastic change yesterday, and now its just a matter of when he'll be leaving us.
