from what I understood from what I read...you still retain ownership, but you give them license to use it if they want on their website and in promotional materials...and that's fine with me for the things I do choose to submit to them

been a hectic couple of days..am running on steam...been up with my poor pooch trying to keep him from chewing and scratching all his stitches out...BUT on a good note..I have not seen that vicious evil mastiff since the attack happened..maybe they got rid of the evil beasty...

yeah I think this is the part that I was unsure about.. But maybe ill stick something in there..i think it just means that if someone uses your artwork, you cant blame soe

When you think about it, they are just covering their own asses so you can't come back and say "Well they downloaded my art from -your- site and now they are posting it all over!" Just keeps you from holding them responsible for any other idiots taking off with your work
