June 2008 - TAC Presents Exalted Crayon --> DEN!!!

Did you know open-mindedness is not a trait solely belonging to the younger generation?

Meeting Den brought that new bit of personal knowledge to me. And that was just one of the first things she taught me!

She is always approachable with random questions, and while any communication mixups are always my own fault it is wonderful to have a friend who listens and can relate.

Creativity wise, her screenshot manipulations, dolling, scrap-booking, and even custom card making including a variety of stamps barely scratch the surface of this neat-making maven. It is also always great fun to read her characters on SA and other places.

I'm happy to call her "friend."

And with that we'd like to celebrate TAC's Exalted Crayon for June 2008. A long standing member of both TAC and Sanguine Affliction, we appreciate Den's patronage and excellent writing. A talented woman, great mother and friend - thank you for everything!!!

Grats to Den! You've done it all on both TAC and SA, from your always lively commentary in the chatty threads, to participating in both art and writing events, to having a lovely pack of engaging characters for RP. Hope you like the art - I wanted to capture that California sexy free spirited...ness that seems to come out in Shay.

O M G!!! What a shock it was to log on this afternoon and see my name up there!
I'm so ... so ... wow ... amazed I guess is most accurate, that you guys would bestow this honor on me!
*sniff* Gonna cry now...brb.

Seriously though, I love TAC, and Sanguine, and all of you guys. What magical places these are, both for the imaginative aspects, as well as the friendships I've made here. Never have I belonged to a forum where even in the most heated debates, things rarely get out of control, and I think its because we all like each other enough to respect each other.

The artwork is awesome, and I can't wait to use it. The kind words are much appreciated as well.
