Daz Studio = crap?

Are you looking at Daz or at ArtZone? Because Artzone has the crap that used to come out at Poser Pros, the stuff that I see coming out of Daz's storefront is much higher quality and has been pretty decent. Other than the Kay bundle nothing to jump up and squeal over these past few days.

The lycan pack is neat.. and theres another DM item up today, the Well.. I think rebelmommy has a new girl in there too as well as some others ( liquid rust I think?)

No I never look at Artzone - it's daz. I'm just not impressed with the newer character morphs that are being put out. The promos look like utter shit.

i think and things like this ( for older models etc) have to be stuff thats been transferred from poser pros.. why would they release this stuff with all these new models out and coming out? And as you said, the promos are awful.

God yes I don't like those at all. Their promos used to be so much nicer. Just kinda sad =/

i've never been a fan of spiritfoxy's promos or most of her stuff. it's... ugly... in my opinion. like gaudily gothic in a bad way. I have some of it but it all just blends together. LR's stuff all looks the same, Thorne's stuff is looking the same.

I like the fact that Daz is putting together these inexpensive bundles, which would be the only reason I would buy most of that stuff. Kay was a beautiful set and I'm loving working with it, but the rest? myeh. The only reason to buy Faelwyn would be for the dark elf skin tone. There just aren't enough and I haven't figured out how to change the tones myself, though I know there IS a way.

That delirious thing made me sit back and gasp in horror when I looked at the promos, so it's not just you Roz :) I **love** the Kay set but haven't seen much else that I'd ever spend money I shouldn't be spending anyway on. The lycan stuff is cool, too. Aaand, I have VAMPs nyte elves, I don't need Faelwen to get 'em ;)

I was all over Kay as soon as Erik got home I reminded him that he said I could buy new stuff. The rest of the shit lately isn't doing anything for me. It's either the same fucking morphs with a slight variation on skin tone or make ups. And those Spiritfoxy promos look like crud her skin looks terrible. She needs to hire some one to do her promos.

I keep waiting for something exciting to come out. Something to bite me in the ass and make me feel creative. Not happening I guess.
