Well finally here! And damn, Canada passport control is so lax compared to US lol. I felt like I was being interrogated going to Chicago, but the guy here talked to me about WoW when I said I met the people I am staying with through EQ haha.

Well they didn't think I was going to terrorize them, but they wouldn't give me a work permit either. This town has vacancies all over and no one to work them, but I can't have a work permit (even a short duration one) because any Canadian can make pizza... Pffft. So my friend is gonna have me as a contract driver til we sort something out, then he'll train me to manage one of his future stores in a couple years time :D Either way, I'm going to earn alot more than I was back home lol. And the cost of living is alot cheaper here too.

Yea, my sister lives in Calgary, and they have job openings all over the place in the service industry. Crazy though...anyone who works in the service industry can't afford to live in Calgary (which is why there are so many openings! :P)
