If I lived alone, I could certainly live in one of those, but as long as I share living space, I need LOTS of it. Our house now is 1450sf, with 2 decent sized bedrooms and baths, but we really need another bedroom/den for it to be really comfortable.
I did look at the 3br, but couldn't figure out where the third br was.
They are cute though, and I swear the playhouse I had growing up was as big as that XS house (without the sleeping area above though).
Teeny Tiny Living Space...

I was reading an article about this and by the time I was done I was nearly convinced to give up my 1800 sqft townhouse for a 600 sqft mini-house.
What do ya'll think? Could ya do it, lol? Some of the models you can find actually have 2 and 3 br and are really fucking cute.

In the article I was reading the general idea behind it for most people is to spend less on living space and more on actually enjoying life. I can think of a ton of things I could do if I wasn't spending the $2k + I spend now a month on living.

Well you figure most houses are on about a 5k square foot lot. Imagine how many neat and tidy neighbors you could have all in one lot space!?

I could probably handle living in one, until i start stubbin toes on shit.
then its comin down!
but i'd love to have a physical tour of one to get a sense of space.
the prices seem a little awkward. You can buy MUCH bigger houses for MUCH cheaper in certain areas of the US. I guess if I wanted to live in a parking lot of some place in LA/miami, this porta-house would be the way to go. Beats an RV for sure.

I dont think we could fit our clothes in something that small hehe...
Nope, I lived with 7 adults in 1100 sq feet for three years, then two moved out and two ( myself and sis inlaw) had our first babues.. I couldnt live that way again.. I wub my big house with a bedroom for everyone and a 2 acre yard..
If I do decide at some point I want someplace tiny and eco friendly, Ill move into the 300 year old 12x12 or so cabin thats sitting on my front yard lol
