I'm sorry your tooth feels yucky; I can't think of much worse than toothaches, especially since my dental insurance is kinda crappy!

crappy dentist is better than no dentist lol. I have no insurance at all now, ran out two days before I got toothache....

Think its wisdom teeth coming through, but its still bloody sore whatever it is.

So I went to the dentist after waking up today with my face throbbing and my whole body shaking.

I have an abcess in a previously 'fixed' tooth, and then impacted wisdom teeth just to top it off! And he wont touch it til infection is gone so I'm drugged to the eyeballs on penicillen, ibuprofen and Tylenols with Codeine $$

Dentist and I had a minor arguement about penicillen though, he didnt believe me that I never had it so didn't know if allergic or not.... men!

Two years ago I had a similar situation with a tooth. Basically it became a "hot" infection where the acidic level was so high it was nullifying the Novocaine. At least you found out beforehand. My dentist realized it when he went to pull the tooth and I almost punched him in the face. He's like "you can't feel that". Like I always just out of a chair when someone tries to pull a tooth out of my head with pliers when I cant feel it :x
You have my sympathy, tooth pain is about the worst pain there is IMO.

Hehe, my last extraction was like that, I had 7 injections for 5 teeth AND intravenous sedation and I still just about hit the roof when they pulled it o.O

Hopefully this one wont be so bad, I actually got antibiotics this time...
