CC plz eq2 templar and warden

OOh I'm loving the pic so far! I don't play EQ2 so no clue what Fae's are suppose to look like but I love the one in blue! :<3

Thats why I dislike using epic screenshots in 3D pics.. it's tricky getting them to 'match' the scene! :-x I haven't mastered that skill just yet, but here's how I do it when I'm forced to use an epic in a picture.

Lets see if I can explain it... LOL I use Photoshop btw

Multiple copy layers of the epic layer so you have 2-3 to work with...
First layer blend mode is normal
2nd layer I will play with overlay/soft light mode and you can play around with gaussian blur on the layer as well (usually just blur at 1 or 2 is good enough). And if I use the blur, I make sure the blurred layer is set as 'clipping masked' to the layer beneath it so the edges aren't all overly blurry.

You can try to play around with the many layer modes. I'm sure others would work too like possiblly multiply and screen .. as well as playing with the curves (under adjustments).

I'm sure Sabby has better tricks since she's like master of 3D magelos and use epics in some of them.

So, I know youve already done this but before I even knew you were doing yours, I was hired to do a warden too. I asked Thosa if he could make me one of those nifty wolf blades, and he did! I also asked him if I could share it and he said yes, so if you want, jut note me your email and ill send it to you :)

He said also that he would probably put it up as a freebie soon.

Never know if ya don't ask :) There are plenty of folks out there who are actually really nice and don't even bite that hard if ya ask them for help with something. Worst they could do is tell ya no or outright ignore you, no big.

yeah I know, its mostly that I feel like a pest to ask people do give me something or do something fo rme, he was so nice about it though :)

I would love to have it in my runtime! My email is just tamaelia at gmail. I remember at SMMO a while back someone was working on a model for the SK epic. Think it was Las? I know at the time I didn't know anything about 3D so it didn't mean much to me, but I remember thinking it was cool that someone could just make a 3D model from a game screenshot :)
