Do they work in DAZ by chance?

Sorry Jet, but they're Poser shaders so no, they won't work in Daz. As to when they're coming out, not really sure. I'll have to ask Janet if she's sent them in or not. Technically I'm "testing" them out, so I got them as soon as she was done.

You can get them to work in DAZ if you work at it. Just not with the scripts, you have to do it manually.

I do have Poser, I just have issues with it lol.

You could use the seamless bits, but you'd end up doing any of the procedural bits manually in Daz. May as well make your own if you have to do all that really. I did it with some daz chainmail shaders once, just to use the texture itself and the transmap. The basics are similar if not the same, but the extra bits you'll have to work on ;)

i'd like to learn to make my own shaders but i dont even know where to start and some things i dont understand , as long as i've been with daz i'm pretty newbish on that kind of stuff =/

yeah I think now that Daz has that shader mixer and the hss its capable of some really terriffic shaders.. someone just needs to figure it out and make them! hehe

There are some really nice (and free) chainmail shaders out by Sha's and Calida (or something like that)
