Windows 7
Anyone here like it? Or dislike it? Is it everything Vista should have been?
And has anyone had any issues with it as far as installing/playing any online games or otherwise with it?

I've heard from two of the IT guys at work that it blows Vista away. Neither of them have mentioned any problems with anything at all, yet. I think Roz has it, too.

I've also heard from a coder and several others that it is fantastic.
KElefane you can get it for 30 bucks with a student email address and a little work.

Will most/all new computers these days that you purchase have Windows 7 on them? Or will some still have Vista?
Been pondering about buying another new pc lately - Ive always stuck with XP and dont really wanna deal with Vista.
It'll be a factory pc that I buy from like Best Buy etc, not a custom made one.

Most will probably have Windows 7. They will have to, in order to stay competitive.

Yeah I"ve been using the beta since this summer. Not buggy at all like vista was and is smoother, faster, and bought me dinner first.

Kelefene, my friend just bought a computer from Dell approximately 3 weeks ago and it came with Windows 7 automatically so I'm guessing it's going to default as the operating system for most purchases.
