poser question
so just got poser 8 in the mail, so i'm not bugging eve so much ^_^ do i have to reinstall all my runtime for poser??? if so where should i be pointing the files to go? trying to make myself sit and learn this (hubby kill me if i didnt!!) but was thinking of picking up one of the books they listed with the disc box.

you don't have to reinstal your runtime, you should be able to have poser find your Daz runtime and use it just as you would in Daz.

k thanks hun! , here another silly question , how do i get clothes to fit to V4?? in daz was just to fit to tab lol

lol yeah, you have to go up on the tool bar and conform each individually...There should be a drop down tab there.

I use this script here http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=31149 it auto-dials in V4s body morphs to her clothes.

What the what? Does that script really work? It'll fit your clothes to any morph you have? /COVETS

As long as the morph is in the clothes you just click it and it puts the same settings in the clothes as you have it V4. So if you dial in .250 Utopian and .440 of Fitness and the clothes you have conformed have those morphs in it it will change the dials to match V4's morphs. Handy dandy. ;) That + Semidieu's script for the library and it makes things much easier.

semidieu's scripts are FKN AMAZING.
his library is by far the most genius thing made for poser. Its cancelled out a lot of other programs. you can save partial mat poses, change poser versions, just.. all sorts of nifty uber stuff.

well figured it out and got my daz runtime in there but somethings aint working :( like mat files for AS stuff

There was a hot fix and a patch or two that came out after Poser was released, you might have to DL those?

Seriously. It is the the worst for intuitive controls. Took me fucking MONTHS to figure out how to even properly pose models, much less put clothes on them that fit. For a while I kept putting some Steph3 clothes on Vicky3 and was completely confused as to why it didn't fit. /rolls eyes

hehe , yea i had a problem with V4 on hair...sitting there wondering why it wasnt fitting right , zoom in and she has her "hair" morph up making for forehand funky looking!

Ok so everytime i go to close poser (even with nothing loaded) it freezes >.< also having trouble with content loading , it takes for ever or never does load up my list. anyone else having this probleM?

i did the SR2 patch , i didnt see any other downloads from the site. will say i kind of wish i went to poser sooner lol having alot of fun with the room ^_^

Mine used to lock up, but a fresh runtime helped =x
