Better Blog Site?

Alright, I'm tewtelly new to the whole idea of blogging... don't really know the first thing about it. But, since several members of my family have separately asked me about blogging the living liver donation process I thought I could at least give it a try...

Can anyone suggest a good, user-friendly, computer-stupid-compatible, blogging site where I could get started?? Anything I should know in particular? :confused:
