We had a nice quiet dinner at the Ram - they kept asking where the kids were. Go there wayyyy too often.

The movie was pretty good. I'm not like super excited like after seeing Inception, but it was classic Predator - not the goofy ass AVP shit they put out. Very much like the first movie, right down to the music. I liked it though. Adrian Brody is fucking hoooot in this lol

He's my favorite actor right now.

Adrian Brody is, indeed, fucking hot. And a talented actor, so it all works out. I liked him in Liberty Heights and The Brothers Bloom, but I've never seen him in an action movie. It's neat to see an actor branching out like that.

Adrian Brody is dripping with muscles in this. There was a quick homage to Arnold in one scene when AB is covered in mud and taunting the predator. It was pretty neat - they explain a little about the class hierarchy of the Predators and you see other animals that its kidnapped from other planets. I really enjoyed it though.

Wait wait wait. What? Adrian Brody is hot? He's got a busted face with a sideways nose and he looks like he's prone to bursting into tears at the drop of a hat. I'll never understand women.

His face? Oh yeah, suppose that was alright, too. No you goober, he wore a sleeveless vest and then at one point was bare down to his waist. I was like, 'MAMA NEEDS TWO TICKETS TO THE GUN SHOW PLEASE!'.

His eyes are -soulful-. Dark and framed with lush eyebrows, full eyelashes, mmm.

Also, he is unconventionally handsome, I think.

And apparently quite fit, I've never seen him in the sort of film where he's all stripped down and buff.

I'm not knocking attraction to unconventionally attractive people. But two of you saying he's "hot"... It's like Anne Hathaway, except more unconventional. If you look at her, she's actually kind of scary, but a lot of people find her attractive. Still, I don't think you'll find many people describe her as "hot", yet that is exactly what is going on here. BOGGLES THE MIND, IT DOES!

Yes, I agree, except for the eyelash thing because, weird. I don't often notice eyelashes. I'll take your word for it. Soulful eyes though, sure. Like a puppy. One that's been beaten.

You wouldn't describe Anne Hathaway as hot? I think she's very conventionally attractive with even, classic features - am I on crack? Someone like Leah Mitchell (from Glee), I would say is unconventionally attractive. I might still call her hot though.
