Some of you know me, most of you dont.
I have been friends with Roz for many years from Everquest. She drove me crazy, but was ok to talk to I guess.
I quit Everquest about a year and half ago, and made the decision to evaluate my life, what was broken, and fix it. As we all know, these MMO's are, when put in the hands of the wrong person, dangerous. I am not talking about like murdering someone or something, but can alter your life drastically.
So my absence from everything online has been one consumed with reclaiming my life. Over the past 4-5 years I put on a large amount of weight. Now, I am a large person no matter my weight, being 6'9". I think Roz can confirm that, since we have met haha. But I made a decision this spring that enough was enough, and rededicated myself to taking control of something I lost, and that was my health.
This picture is what I looked like in April of this year.
I am a lazy person, but somehow I have worked out 6 days a week for the past 6 months, and here is where I am now.
I am not done yet, but getting very close.
I am not posting this to brag, but rather to encourage you all that if there is something in your life that you feel is holding you back, not matter what it be, attack it and correct it. I have read posts on here about people struggling with their weight, and I have all of my life.
There is no secret diet, or magical pill or drops that are going to cure what ails you. However, life is about choices, and it is choices that got me where I was.
You never know where support may come from, and if I can help one person, this post is worth it.
