I think there's brains underneath the coffee, good sir.

Excellent work, Pharren! The ear/handle part is my favorite - that was a really good idea and well executed!

I failed to see the "sketch" in the title. Oopsie. Still wanted to share.

I have a cold beverage mug similar to that; one of those things where if you look at it from different angles, the ghosts and Pac-Man move around.

Uhh... yes, I drew that. I've drawn a few of these weekly sketches. This is one of my crappier ones imo.

lol, too weird! I was thinking of doing something similar, having a coffee cup holding a coffee cup with a picture of a coffee cup holding a coffee cup on it.

I don't actually like cream in my coffee but the little explosion it makes in the cup is pretty and hypnotic to watch early in the morning.

Not 100 percent satisfied with this, but I played with blends in illustrator. Good practice for making ghosties!

For me it's hard to make the illusion of subtle depth with illustrator. I think it looks wonderful =)

Edited to put something serious: I like how it looks like a kaleidoscope! I wish my coffee could do that.
