I used to draw dragons on my textbook covers when I was in middle school -- that was when dragons still roamed the countryside and plucked up peasants working in the fields.

AHA! I imagined this picture the other day, but I thought it was just a copy of the dragon whelps in WoW. Last night, I checked, and it really doesn't look like the whelps that much at all, so I was wondering just where the hell I'd seen that roundish body with the tiny wings and little Tyrannasaurus Rex arms. I do believe you are correct!

I don't know what skit this references, but regardless, that is one mighty dragon! My little fatty is flapping away as fast as his inefficient little wings can carry him.
