MARCH 25, 2005 !

Veb got on this trip about Thomas the train and the Island of SUDOR whee!!! He bought Catherine like...omg a disgusting amount of trains and this huge train set. Which she loves, but I think he loves it more. You can get him a game cube - again that was Veb and his attempt to teach her how to react violently to losing. =/

Still, trains are cool. Boys like things that have wheels.
You could also get tickets to a local sports event, like baseball or something. Just Jake and Dad! Boys night out, hotdogs and popcorn and soda.

IN fact, doctor doolittle is a great thing for kids, and it isn't a bad read now. My dad read it to me, there are prolly about 13 books, all written in the early 1900's I beleive - regardless, its cool for kids cause there are tons of talking animals, and cool adventures...

That might be the best gift you could give the kid, imo. A book and some quality time with dad. Also, it will give you a reprieve from the terror a 3 year old can be.
