Yeah I get that a lot lately on here and SA. On both my home and work PCs, and I know the one here at work has a jillion security thingies so it's not me.. better smack your server peeps!!

What browser are you using, Temp? It might be an IE thing.

Yeah I haven't noticed any problems with Firefox but I did with IE.

Opera is a hot browser. They were the ones that came up with the tabbed browsing.

I swich over to firefox at home, but the stupid thing is not autologging me into anything, it wont save my username / password settings.. very annoying..

This is why I removed firefox. It nevers saves any passowrd info and always asks. Annoying as hell especially if you are working and need to get to things ASAP. :(

I am pretty sure that is just you guys. Check your cookie and profile settings. I have never had problems with saving cookies.

Yep, I use IE.. not trying any others, I'm happy with the Microsuck browser. I open every link in a new window so tabbed browing just confuzed me..

Cookies are fine. I am confused on how cookies would be the cause if it works fine on IE and doesn't on Firefox. If it were a cookies issue would it not work on IE as well? Not doubting you but would like the reasoning behind it.

No, that is a horrible assumption. Every browser is responsible for how it handles cookie information and storage, cookies are not an operating system or global (unless your microsoft since their browser is merged into the OS) thing. On Firefox or Mozilla check your cookie preferences under Privacy & Security -> Cookies and check your privacy settings and your cookie lifetimes. You can also verify a saved cookie through the cookie manager.

I always go thru and clear my cookies every couple of months. Was annoying the hell out of me since I was apparently getting over the max allowed which I think is 300? In any case, it did ask me to log into a couple places but it works fine after that.

I'm definitely not saying EVERYONE MUST SWITCH. Switching has resolved my blank page loading problems, same with Mai. Its helpful and recommended but I still love you IE users just as much. :love

Um, Where do I find this Privacy and Security thingamabob? I didnt find it by right clicking, (well i went to properties-somethingoranother-advanced-privacy, but it wasnt anything about cookies) and I looked in the browser itself.
