I am rather suspicious of Tinct, but Redd seems rather suspicious as well, that and my ass looks like it's on the line.

sorry if we lynch you and you're a townie, Temprah.

Going on gut instinct here, I am sorry if I'm incorrect... but if I'm wrong, I can blame my own ineptitude...

Redd resisted the urge to gag as she watched Sabertooth tear a mouthful from his catch with his teeth. Jesus, he hadn’t even cooked his. At least the other brave souls had started up a fire and made some attempt to cover up what they were eating. Dog. Definitely not for her. She looked back into the pitch darkness of the hardware store and wondered if anyone would notice if she just faded away for the rest of the meal. Before she could entertain that thought, she felt a tap on her shoulder, and turned to see the bone white face of Quinn.

“We saved you a drumstick!” she said, holding out the canine’s haunch by the paw. It hadn’t been skinned yet, and the fur was wet and grisly.

“Yeah, I’m gonna pass,” Redd replied. She was hungry, but not that hungry.

“More for us,” Quinn shrugged. She moved as though she were about to take a bite, but stopped short. Her head darted to one side, eyes moving upward to the darkened ceiling. “You hear that?”

Redd didn’t have a chance to respond, because moments later the ceiling was being peeled back as though it were made of aluminum foil. Then she saw it through the falling snow, the deaths head face of the reaper.

“SENTINELS,” Quinn screamed. The world seemed to move in slow motion as she watched the others jump to attention, ready for battle. “No, no. We have to run! To the subway!”

Redd didn’t need to be told twice. She formed a pair of her daggers and started for the only exit. As she raced through the darkened store, she could hear the others close behind her. The sentinel began to fire through the hole it had made in the roof, and the subsequent explosions rocked the stores foundation. The exit was right there though-- they were going to make it.

Her spirits sank as a second sentinel peeled back the roof in front of them, forcing his hand through and firing blindly into the store. The blast knocked her off her feet, sending her tumbling into a nearby display stocked with anti-freeze. When she tried to get back up she felt white hot pain race up her leg, and looking down, she saw the fractured bone pushing outwards from her shin.

She cried for help, but watched as her friends raced past her to the exit. One by one, their eyes glanced down at her without a shred of compassion. She reached out her hand, but no one took it, and then the front doors slammed shut. They were gone, but she wasn't alone. Redd watched as the sentinel lifted the rest of the roof from the building. She stared fearlessly into the retinal scan.

“MUTANT. NAME: CRIMSON RENOUX.”

She thought about phasing as the sentinel raised its hand and began recharging its weapon, but what was the point. She would just starve to death here in the store, and that definitely was not for her. Redd tried to resist the urge to flinch, but turned her head away as the white hot energy washed over her, scoring the flesh from her bones.
