personally you should hire a lawyer ... I think they have commited a violation and infringement to your creative designs.

heh The thing is it's not like they stole it from Mae. People have been saying stuff like that for a long time. I called my girlfriends in Vegas my little brown girls years before I ever met Mae and I'm sure I wasn't the only one.

Of course they didnt steal it, it just makes me sad to see such an ugly brown crayon. =/ I considered trademarking Ike but I think its too general of an idea and its more out of wishful thinking.
