My best friend has a 3 (almost 4 year old) daughter who is into the Disney Princesses, and basically anything that looks like a princess. She can tell you which princess goes with which prince, ect.

Thing is, my friend can't stand pink lol. One Halloween her daughter wanted to dress up as a princess. We had to end up hiding the costume after halloween cause she wanted to wear it, especially the crown, all the time.

No girly stuff for our daughter. She is a tom-boy almost all the way, still skittish around some bugs and such.

Just a FYI, around our house we have tons of spiders, I mean lots, such that you will see at least two or three just walking across the floor. For the longest time Catherine wanted to kill them, all the while we told her, that spiders are our friends and that they will eat the mosquitos.

Sometime about a month ago, Catherine and I are in the kitchen making lunch or something, and she comes over to me and is holding a spider and telling me that spiders are our friends. Needless to say I have to tell her that even though they are, it isn't the best idea to hold spiders.

Oh and she love the lightsabers that we bought after seeing EP3, she always wants to be Anakin/Darth Vader for some reason.
