and just by looking at this guy makes me think he needs to be arrested.
good old usa, take the weapons but let the man go! i live near the windsor/detroit border and we'd get pulled over for 45 minute interigations if we look the wrong way during border crossing!
this is a bit scarey to think about, couldnt they arrest him for having all those items on him while crossing the border? something at least.

Detroit is known to be harsher as far as detaining people.
Generally they have the right to refuse entry for any reason whatsoever. You can look at them cross eyed and they'll keep you from entering. They can tear out the seats of your car, find nothing, and not put it back together if they so choose. However, in this guy's case, he's a naturalized US citizen. He has dual citizenship. You can't stop a citizen from entering their own country.

I think it was Howard Stern, who mentioned, anyone who's eyes look like they are ready to blow out should be automatically labled a Psyho. 9-10 they actual are and that is a statistical fact.
