Your hair is always so impressive!!! I love the blues in this and especially the background. Very nicely done on getting the whole stormy feel to it. You can actually see the wind blowing her hair, what a concept?!! LOL Mine are always wind blown, but there's never any obvious wind =x /snort

My c/c would be the text for the quote underneath. The font you used for her name is great, but I think a simpler text might flow easier with the quote. I'm a big fan of just doing like felix tilting or pompei capitals, but this is mostly preference for me. I'd center her name though so it's a little more balanced.

I was looking for a simple font for the little quote, but couldn't find a good one that I already have. I haven't given it to her yet, so I can still change it, and plan to. The quote hasn't been setting well with me at all.

It's a cute quote though. Try the 2 i mentioned. Pompeii capitals and felix tilting. Simple but not plain.

Updated the font...changed her name a little too (made the "T" bigger). Left her name to the side because I couldn't get it to work for me more towards the middle. I ended up using the font hrixus">phrixus for the quote. Couldn't find the two you suggested on www.dafont.com. Will hunt them down later.

Not only is the hair awesome...but I really like what you did with the little heart head piece thingy. Every highelf and her sister wears that heart head piece thingy and I can never make it look like it isn't permanently attached to their head. Very soft and cool.

You could try putting all but the T of her name on a different layer, that way you can center it more. I like that font though.

I would suggest shortening the space between the lines of text in the quote and squishing it down to it fits on two lines and then push it further down on the sig and more to the left. Also, her hair could use some more highlights and deeper shadows (especially around her neck). The headband could use a small shadow underneath as well.

Got the name comfortably in the middle, finally lol. Changed the font and text effect on the quote, and I'm liking it much better now. Added some shadows to the hair by the neck, and did my best to add a shadow under the head band.

Good tips Ry on the hair, that does look way way better. I like it, i'd stick a fork in it =D

I love this one The only thing I would change is to squeeze the size of the quote so that it doesn't overlap the char at all. It should resize okay if you just go to Edit>Transform>Scale and tighten the width and not the height. That's strictly personal pref of course. One other thing I wanna say is, I LOVE the hair, but especially the braid part. You did an awesome job on that! Keep it up hon.
