After further reading:
The parking garage is located in another dimension populated with werewolves.
There's only one person among us who possibly has access to interdimensional travel, and that is Leak McDrip, who is also a guest rather than a hotel employee (see the bio - NOSTRIL definition).
So this character could theoretically know a good deal about other dimensions and/or traveling between them, and would also be the 'guest' that the last passage in the sk hit refers to.

I have to concur...I really didn't think about how the parking garage was on another planet/dimension.

Nasty Object Snot Translocator Relief Interdementional Lift
The safe was LIFTed and dropped. The elevator is a LIFT that fell.
Leak has experience with interdimensional travel. Leak is a guest at the hotel.
Leak is the SK.

Dunno if those are very high in nutritional value. Plus, do you really trust that nothing unprintable was done on it? o_O
Regrettably, I do not own a tractor. I do know that you have to bash a snake with a shovel many times before the damn thing stops twitching.
Back onto the clues... *rubs chin* Aye, I can see the connection to Leak. Still, I can't help but wonder how a booger would manage to do all of this. Could it really be big enough to move a safe?
I dunno guys. The connection is definitely there, but again its those word clues that supposedly do not exist.
At least considering the same char for both roles give me a 50% more chance of being right? *looks hopeful* The references to Qixa is more wishful thinking on my part than actual clues, I think.
Matilda on the other hand. Strong enough to pick up a safe, probably has the mechanical knowledge to tamper with the elevator. Plus, both were pretty darn messy kills, and who loves cleaning up messes the most?

Strong enough to lift a safe...can't fly though. How would she manage to drop it? Doesn't explain the elevator either. Besides...it wasn't me!
Leak has a transporter. Has to be the snot.
Also, snot is gross.

Wishful thinking? Let me guess, you hate snakes. Even cute purple ones!
Anyhow:
Matilda is designed to be a domestic engineer. How many of those know jack about how to mess with an elevator? Robots are generally built for one purpose. They don't invent messes just to clean them up (as far as I know) and nothing in her bio hints at that. Computers (and, I assume) robots, can only do what they have been programmed to do. Going on this theme, I suspect that it would go against her programming (genuine people personalities) to completely ignore someone who held the elevator for her. If she has been programmed with a human personality, then as the employee of a 9 star hotel she would at the very least be expected to thank the person who held the door.
I'm not saying she couldn't, say, throw massive wads of paper at someone through a window (although I have a feeling making a mess would short a few fuses), but I am fairly certain she wouldn't have access to a safe full of kittens, know the ins and outs of the elevator system, or be able (as she says above) to fly.

Hey, there's been enough sci-fi movies made about robots becoming self aware and killing people off. My computer does odd things I didn't request all the time.
It doesn't mention flying anywhere, merely that the safe was falling. Could have been pushed out of a window. Or thrown. Looking up and only seeing the descent would look a lot like falling out the air.
I can so see her having access to the kittens, someone's gotta clean out their litter box.
*shrugs* Just covering all our bases. I could be wrong, I often am. I just like argueing ^.^

*snorts at the last statement* You argue? Never!
It was an indoor/outdoor facility meaning I am gathering that there was a roof up there somewhere. I don't think Matilda is the SK though... I could be wrong there, I think she's mafia.

I'm not arguing the possibility of her being mafia. I just want to nail the SK and get it out of the way. I thought the evidence was far more concrete toward Leak than Matilda at this point. I still think any one of a number of paper-pushers could have been alluded to in the mafia hits, but I think the SK is Leak. So I guess I just went with what seemed more certain to me.

I think we've definitely got something with Leak being the SK.
The Kittens In The Safe Scenario
Ford noticed that looking up there wasn't anything to see - just sky and this was *after* the murder. That NOSTRIL device could certainly fit in here.
The Elevator Scenario
1. Leak is guest, not employee
2. Leak is an amoeba so getting smucked in an elevator probably isn't dangerous
As for Mafia, I'm almost positive Penelope is one, obviously she has accomplices, but that access to loads and loads of paper, employee of the hotel and not a hitchhiker thing really add up.
Looks like we're gunning for the SK with the voting thus far, so I'm gonna go with Leak this time, also because I'm fairly certain Matilda is being used by the Mafia as a scapegoat and isn't actually one of them. I'm gonna take note of who all votes for her this time around.

Same here. There's a wealth of info pointing at leak, yet folks seem determined to off Matilda. Taking very careful notes.

Of course you guys defending Matilda look more like mafia than anything else. Townies don't know where to look so they are willing to check all the clues and rarely go so far out on a limb when clues point to someone. The fact that several people are defending Matilda so much looks like a few mafia are trying to keep their buddy from being lynched. So threaten away all you're doing is convincing me that I made the right decision.
