EQ1 Bard Sig

I used Gilae's text tutorial for this sig, and I like the way it came out. I'm not too crazy about his hair though. please!

The text is He does look like he has helmet hair though. Maybe try to take some away? I think his armor could be shined up so it goes better with the text.

Or add a few fly away strands.. mess up the edges just a bit. The text looks nice! I agree with the armor shining also.

Those are really thick eyebrows...
but what do I know *shrugs*

Maybe more shading at the roots. Noticed that about white hair (well in most drawings) that there's darker shading at the roots and a little more through out. God dang that's a nice job though.

The text effect looks fantastic!!! I like his armor but a could shiny spots would give it that final touch.

I think I may re-do the hair completely, maybe with a thicker brush...I couldn't get it to look right no matter what I did. It may have to do with his skin being tan.

The eyebrows are definatly going to be thinned, hair possibly re-done entirely, and the armor will be shiny!

Wow! I feel so special
It looks great...though I agree with Xandare, those are some massive brows. Very purty though otherwise.

Used a different pose, and I'm liking this one much better! New hair, new eyebrows (darker grey then in the hair, but I like them!), more shiny!

The hair and armor look great now. One thing I've noticed about your sigs though is the skin tone. I always tried to get screenshots in an open space, norrath daylight and with a direct lightsource on the subject. You have that bluish shadow from the eyes down.

Touching up skin is a pain in the patootie and it took me forever just to understand the whole opacity concept of the brush to make it look more natural. What I usually do and I dont recommend it (i'm sure there are better ways) is pick a fleshy color and then tone the opacity down to 30-50% and start touching up the skin where it's bluish and shadowy. You can go back in and retouch it with your own shadows to give it depth, but it'll really help give your sigs that final touch.
